Discovery is ordered only for documents of the Zimbabwean companies that relate to the receipt of the HK$447,636,928.67 remitted by or on behalf of GDIL because Wong's claim is an account simpliciter which requires evidence of control/receipt rather than evidence of how funds were used; documents relating to usage/application/disposition are not relevant to the pleaded claim as advanced and are too wide and oppressive; appellant must file an affidavit explaining what documents he had and what was seized and, subject to that, produce the limited class of documents.
