On the balance of probabilities the appellant failed to rebut the credible and consistent evidence (oral testimony, village minutes, certifications, official succession registration and receipt of distributions) that the respondent is Tang Poon-lap/Tang Tak-ning and thereby a member and household member of Wing Lung Wai; accordingly the trial judge's declarations and orders (admit/register membership and account and pay distributions since 1942) were correct and the appeal was dismissed.
