The applications were dismissed and the appeal struck out because the defendants' challenge to the Accounts Directions was inordinate and inexcusable delayed, the purported appeal was irregular and out of time, the proposed grounds were devoid of merit and the Accounts Directions were consequential to the principal judgment and could not properly be attacked separately; accordingly extension of time and leave to appeal were refused and indemnity costs awarded.
