Regulation 56 must be read so that, in the context of the amended Table A and Article 22 making two members (present personally or by proxy) the quorum, Regulation 56 operates to deem an adjourned meeting quorate after 30 minutes even where only one member (or his proxy) attends; accordingly the resolution of 18 October 2011 validly appointed Gudy Koo as a director and the strike out application fails. Costs ordered against Mr Hung.
