The father knowingly disobeyed a Court direction prohibiting the child's departure; although such conduct could amount to contempt, the Court declined to pursue contempt proceedings because of exceptional circumstances (short notice, absence of the father's principal solicitor, and consideration of the child's welfare), while admonishing the father and his solicitor and reiterating the duties of counsel.
