The magistrate did not err: the cautioned statement, film and commentary were admissible; the evidence (PW2, D2's statement and the video) proved exhibit P3 was pre-marked and used in the gambling, establishing a conspiracy to cheat, and the $1,200 payment was shown on the evidence to be for protection; accordingly the convictions were upheld and the appeal dismissed.
