The court quashed conspiracy convictions where no evidence established agreement with others (D2 and D4 on charge 13) and quashed D3's possession conviction where a single thumbprint did not establish control and intent over the equipment; however, where circumstantial and expert evidence established possession, use and link to fraudulent accounts the substantive theft/possession convictions were upheld; sentencing was adjusted to reflect the successful appeals.
