The trial Magistrate lawfully and properly assessed the evidence, including CCTV, and her credibility findings were entitled to deference; the contested background and post‑event material were irrelevant or inadmissible to overturn those findings, so convictions on charges 2–4 were upheld; appellate court exercised sentencing discretion to substitute 15 months immediate imprisonment with 15 months suspended for two years and granted leave to appeal sentence out of time.
