The trial judge, after detailed consideration of direct and circumstantial evidence and expert opinion, legitimately found the applicant was the channel owner/administrator, knew of and authorized or permitted publication of inciting messages; technical and data integrity challenges were considered and rejected; there was no material error in those findings and the leave application to appeal conviction is therefore refused.
