Given the applicant's admissions that he made and discarded the forged stamps and the forensic linkage between the seized stamps and the impressions in passports found in his possession, the trial judge was entitled to disbelieve the conflicting evidence of the airport officers; those credibility findings were not so against the weight of evidence as to render the convictions unsafe, and the appeal against conviction is dismissed.
