Errors in terminology and a single imprecise remark did not amount to misdirection or cause prejudice because the judge corrected the record, the distinction between methamphetamine and its hydrochloride salt was legally insignificant in context, evidence about third parties was either admitted by the accused or properly left to jury inference with adequate directions, and the jury were not misled; accordingly the appeal was dismissed and convictions upheld.
