The will must be construed so as to give effect to the beneficiary's right to full enjoyment at 21 where possible; the testator could not impose a valid fetter preventing transfer after 21 and a construction that avoids an unintended intestacy is preferred. Therefore the gift is effective such that on reaching 21 Tsoi Sai Hi is entitled to the 50 shares.
