On findings of primary fact the court concluded the malpractices were in fact adopted and were instructed or at least condoned by plaintiff's management and the demonstrations were genuine; defendant discharged burden of justification as to the gist of the defamatory imputations, so defamation and malicious falsehood claims failed; conspiracy claim failed for lack of agreement to injure and lack of shared predominant intention.
