When the plaintiff climbed the fence he ceased to be a visitor and became a trespasser; Kai Shing owed a limited duty to foreseeable trespassers to take reasonable and practicable steps such as advising how to obtain assistance; failure to display a telephone contact notice was a breach that caused the injury; plaintiff was 50% contributorily negligent; Kai Shing is liable for 50% of the agreed quantum.
