Plaintiffs established serious issues to be tried on breaches of fiduciary duty and related misconduct, demonstrated that damages would be inadequate and that balance of convenience favoured injunctive and disclosure relief; accordingly the interlocutory proprietary injunctions were continued/granted, disclosure orders were made, prohibitory injunction restraining use of the unlawfully altered articles was granted and corrective amendments were approved with power for the Registrar to effect them under s25A High Court Ordinance if the Zhangs failed to do so.
