Where a registered design exists and the defendant produces no credible particulars or evidence raising grounds for cancellation or a triable issue on novelty, originality or ambiguity, the registered proprietor is entitled to summary judgment based on the registration; shape and configuration in the registration encompassed the arrangement and projection of the speaker and control knobs and the photographic representations were sufficiently clear.
