On the pleaded material taken at its highest the particulars set out by the wife were not plainly incapable of supporting a plea of sham/dishonesty; it was not a plain and obvious case for striking out and the appropriate course was to dismiss the striking out application, allow the pleadings to stand subject to more succinct particulars and case management including possible consolidation with the Family Court proceedings.
