The Court of Appeal held that the Official Receiver established grounds under s.30A(4)(c) and (b) that the bankrupt had failed to cooperate and that discharge would prejudice administration; it was proper to order that the running of the automatic discharge period cease, but the master’s 4-year cessation was excessive and reduced it to 3 years, fixing discharge at 1 March 2008.
