The Master found the taxed amounts for the contested counsel items were properly incurred and not excessive or duplicative; previous involvement of other counsel before 2017 did not render the later fees duplicative for an appeal begun in 2019; applicable RHC provisions and PD 4.1 requirements and the CA's certificate for two counsel supported allowing the fees; the review was dismissed and the original taxation rulings were maintained with costs to the Paying Parties.
