Defendants' Hong Kong office constituted an established place of business within the meaning of Part XI of the Companies Ordinance on the evidence (local branch premises, business dealings, registration under Business Registration Regulations), so defendants were in breach of s.333; plaintiffs' summons to set aside the appearance for irregularity was dismissed, but the writ must be amended to show defendants' true status and defendants must pay plaintiffs' costs of the application.
