Membership of Wah Yan Mo Fan Heung is determined by lawful ownership of house lots in the Heung area, subject to compliance with the Block Crown Lease registration requirement for alienations and subject to an undertaking to accept the Heung's customary responsibilities; share certificates alone do not confer membership; bare share certificate holders, adverse possessors and owners of the 12 New HLs created by managers without members' agreement are not members; assignees/transferees become members only after registration (if alienation) and confirming willingness to accept responsibilities.
