The magistrate correctly applied the governing authorities; the physical layout (19 rooms each with a bed), distribution of condoms throughout rooms, unopened boxes and loose condoms at reception and condoms in a staff restroom permitted the inference of persistent use amounting to keeping the premises as a vice establishment, and the 2nd appellant's role at reception collecting money supported a finding he assisted in management; therefore convictions were upheld.
