The Court held the summing up, read as a whole, adequately explained the burden of proof and the law on inferences so A3's convictions for robbery and forcible detention were safe; the trial judge did not err in sentencing A3 and his sentence was not excessive; however A1 and A2 were entitled to a greater discount for having given effective evidence for the prosecution and the Court ordered the robbery sentence to run concurrently with the forcible detention sentence resulting in 7 years' imprisonment each.
