The trial judge was entitled to accept the undercover officer's account and to find on the facts that the appellant, by greeting the customer, stating prices, arranging bathing and changing, providing towels and shorts, and handing over keys while the manager was absent, was assisting in the management of an unlicensed massage parlour; those factual findings support upholding the conviction.
