Appeal dismissed because the sentencing magistrate applied correct principles and appropriate starting points under So Man King, there were no compelling humanitarian grounds to reduce the sentence and the alleged medical evidence was insufficient; therefore the imposed concurrent sentences with activation of the one-month suspended sentence to run consecutively (total 22 months) were not excessive or wrong in principle.
