The Court held the CCCO and CCCR provide the exclusive statutory regime for taxation and review of costs in criminal cases, a judge of the Court of First Instance has no jurisdiction to hear appeals from taxation decisions of the taxing authority, and a Master is within the statutory designation of the Registrar and thus had authority to tax; accordingly the appeal was dismissed.
