The court granted a Norwich Pharmacal order for discovery, inspection and copying of documents in respect of Devonport's HSBC account despite deficiencies in the applicant's evidence because the substantive case for disclosure was sufficiently strong and Murray's position as director and account signatory supported access; however the court refused the requested gag order, sealing of the court file and anonymisation, and declined the applicant's request for costs, ordering instead that Devonport pay HSBC's costs on an indemnity basis and reimburse reasonable compliance costs.
