The court continued the interim injunction and granted a disclosure order against D21 but refused to make an ongoing order that service of future documents by sending them to SCB would be good and sufficient service on D21. The refusal was based on SCB's clear protest that it was not agent and would not accept service, the risk of imposing unforeseen duties and costs on banks, and the Plaintiff's failure to adduce evidence that the substituted service method would satisfy Mainland legal requirements for service out of jurisdiction.
