Soremi was not joined because it failed to demonstrate a sufficient legal interest directly affected by the Norwich Pharmacal application; Norwich Pharmacal relief against the bank was refused because, although on reconsideration the bank may be mixed up in the alleged wrongdoing, disclosure was neither necessary nor proportionate on the evidence available and the proposed order was unduly wide; consequently the summons to join was dismissed with costs against Soremi and the originating summons was dismissed with no order as to costs.
