The court found beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant, Ma Chiu Sing, personally committed seven separate, knowing and deliberate breaches of the 1st and 2nd injunctions (as particularised in four Notices of Motion), that the injunctions had been properly served, and that the breaches were not accidental; accordingly the defendant was in contempt and sentenced to 42 weeks imprisonment (six weeks for each of seven incidents, to run consecutively) and ordered to pay plaintiffs' costs forthwith, to be taxed on an indemnity basis if not agreed.
