- Court
- Court of First Instance
- Case number

The court was satisfied the plaintiff acted in good faith and had a proper purpose to inspect specific company records because unexplained successive calls on capital and admission that company monies were mixed with the director's personal funds gave a sufficiently reasonable case for investigation; however mere recollection of possible errors in audited accounts did not by itself justify inspection. The court therefore granted a limited inspection order confined to four specified categories and subject to the plaintiff's undertaking.
