On the balance of convenience and adequacy of damages the court preserved the pre-writ status quo by allowing continued transshipment through Hong Kong for existing overseas customers but prohibiting transshipment for new overseas customers; and refused a Norwich Pharmacal style disclosure order because the information sought was not material to liability at trial and disclosure would cause prejudicial commercial harm to defendants.
