Sections 430/435 and 618/620 grant the registered member an unqualified statutory right to obtain the specified limited documents; a dispute as to beneficial ownership does not of itself justify a case‑management stay of an application under those sections unless the party seeking the stay is a party to the application (or undertakes to be joined), shows good reason for not having obtained interim relief and demonstrates a real risk of serious or irreparable prejudice; accordingly the Plaintiff's application must be granted.
