The Magistrate properly assessed and accepted the prosecution expert and operator evidence, found the laser device reliable for normal vehicles and that the s28 certificate supported that it was operating normally; those credibility and technical findings were not shown to be unreasonable on appeal, so the evidence proved the appellant exceeded the speed limit and the appeal was dismissed; costs awarded as appeal was without merit under Cap.492 s13.
