Debtor failed to discharge the burden of proving the petitioner was fully secured: CMB's earlier charging order had priority and the debtor's valuation evidence (Shinewing) was unreliable and unsupported while petitioner’s estimate of the 2 Dadi shares at HK$2 was a genuine estimate; accordingly the petitioning debt was established and a bankruptcy order was made with costs on an indemnity basis.
