The trial judge's credibility and fact findings were reasonable and not perverse; the judge properly applied the Yuen criteria in treating appellant's false statements as deliberate and relevant to key issues; those false representations induced payments and established the elements of cheating and joint enterprise with co-defendant; convictions on all three counts are therefore upheld.
