Because the MPPO's definitions of "child" and "child of the family" do not explicitly include a child en ventre sa mere and the Decree Absolute had been granted before any evidence of the husband's acceptance, the Court lacked statutory power to make fresh custody orders; therefore the summons for custody was dismissed.
