The Amended Order contained arithmetical errors in the sequence of deductions (credits were deducted after division rather than before) which failed to reflect the judge's manifest intention of equal 50:50 division; those errors were clerical/arithmetic in character and therefore rectifiable under Order 20 r.11; it was not inequitable or inexpedient to grant rectification; the appeal is allowed and the Amended Order is corrected as prayed in the 21 February 2014 summons.
