Absent an express trial judge's order making defendants jointly and severally liable for costs, the taxing master is entitled to apportion costs between separately represented defendants according to what costs were incurred against each; on the facts a 50%/50% division of common costs between the two defendants was appropriate and the plaintiff's review of taxation was dismissed.
