The Registrar lawfully cancelled the appellant's registration because the appellant deliberately and/or with reckless indifference stored members' funds in unapproved third‑party bank accounts in breach of s10(a) and willfully refused or failed to give access to books and records in breach of s54(1); the appellant did not provide sufficient contrary reasons within the statutory period, so cancellation under s58(3) was lawful.
