Applicant's evidence was found not credible and she failed to make full and frank disclosure of material assets; the deceased's estate, after substantial secured and unsecured debts, left little or no net residue; the will in the circumstances provided reasonable financial provision for the widow; accordingly the court dismissed the widow's maintenance application under Cap.481.
