The Court dismissed the appeals as without merit and largely incompetent; the judge below rightly remitted the matters to the Master for factual inquiry and did not err in holding the trustee to account for failing to explain withdrawal of objections; the practice of withdrawing objections in exchange for payments including trustee costs is improper and s30A(9) does not extend to contribution to trustee's costs.
