The applicant's admissions in his record of interview and his role in arranging and facilitating participants and resources for a robbery that he knew would occur on a specific date made it reasonably open to infer participation in a joint enterprise; the record was not mixed and the judge's directions on joint enterprise were appropriate, therefore leave to appeal against conviction is refused.
