The consent order in paragraph 3 is an express court order for costs made by consent which merged the plaintiff's antecedent claims for costs; the Schedule must be read with the body of the Order so payment under the Schedule does not extinguish the separate consent costs order; accordingly the defendant's summons to dismiss the taxation and discharge paragraph 3 was dismissed and the plaintiff entitled to tax and enforce the costs order.
