The court continued the Mareva and Chabra injunctions for one year because there was no material change in circumstances to justify discharge, continuation after judgment is permissible to aid execution, the Mareva order is not a proprietary injunction and therefore should not be narrowed to specific bank accounts where the restraint is expressed as up to a monetary limit, and ancillary disclosure against the 2nd Defendant was necessary to identify sale proceeds and assets amenable to execution.
