The court declared specified terms of the Contract unenforceable, found that the plaintiff committed a repudiatory breach in respect of the Feb 2014 incident but that the Contract was not terminated and continued until 2 May 2014, held that Promotion and Production Costs are to be borne by D1 and that D1 is entitled to incomes from her music products during the term after deduction of relevant expenses, and ordered an assessment of damages with procedural directions and limited costs orders.
