The English judgments and the newspaper article were inadmissible to prove the 1st respondent's control of the Guernsey companies; the summons was an impermissible re‑run of a previously dismissed interlocutory application and could not be used merely to contradict the 1st respondent's sworn affidavit denying possession, custody or control of the documents; therefore the petitioners' summons is dismissed and costs are ordered nisi against the petitioners.
