    Wife proved only the judgment debt of HK$255,000; she failed to prove other alleged loans or entitlement to half of the son’s education and mortgage payments; applying s.7 MPPO and the guidance in LKW v DD the court accepted the wife’s greater contribution but found a 60/40 split of the former matrimonial home justified, ordered sale with net proceeds divided 60% to wife and 40% to husband and further ordered the husband to pay HK$300,000 from his share to the wife to satisfy the judgment debt, with no order as to costs (order nisi).
