Leave refused because the sentencing judge did not err: the prosecution had properly assessed the applicant's information as of no practical use and of questionable credibility, any discount was discretionary, the judge was generous in awarding 4 months and an appellate court will not reweigh such assessments absent procedural error or misapplication of law.
