In default, the Plaintiff's pleaded facts are admitted; those facts establish an express common intention that the Plaintiff would be beneficial owner, she detrimentally relied by funding the land and construction, and it would be unconscionable for the estate to assert the legal title; accordingly the court must and does grant a declaration that the estate holds the Property on trust for the Plaintiff and orders conveyance arrangements.
